VIGNOLA FUND (in liquidation)

The Vignola Fund is a closed-end alternative real estate investment fund reserved for professional and non-professional investors which began operations on 12 May 2010 and has been in liquidation since 27 October 2016.
With provision dated 15 February 2022, the Bank of Italy ordered, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph 6-bis, of legislative decree n. 58/1998 and subsequent amendments and additions, the appointment of the Supervisory Committee of the fund, placed in liquidation with sentence of the Court of Milan n. 60, published on February 3, 2022.
The purpose of the Fund consisted in the professional management and enhancement of assets in order to increase their initial value and distribute the net result deriving from the related disinvestment among all the participants.
The assets in the portfolio are mostly development areas and partly residential assets and are located in northern Italy.
