Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (hereinafter the “Data Protection Code”) prescribes a series of requirements aimed at ensuring that personal data are processed in compliance with the rights, fundamental liberties, and dignity of natural persons, with specific reference to confidentiality and personal identity. Likewise, the Data Protection Code guarantees the rights of legal entities and of any other entity or organisation. This Privacy Policy illustrates and describes how the personal data of a user, who accesses this website and/or provides their personal data to benefit from certain Services, are collected, recorded and utilised. This policy is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Data Protection Code with respect to data provided by all those persons who interact with services that may be accessed electronically via the Website.

2. The user may voluntarily provide their personal data, which shall be processed and used by the Company for the purposes relating to the required service, as stated by specific information notices set out or displayed in the Website pages for specific services or requests.

With respect to their personal data, the rights under article 7 of the above-mentioned Data Protection Code are granted to the user and, specifically, the right to access their personal data, to request that they be amended, updated and removed, if incomplete, erroneous or collected unlawfully, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.

8. Should the Company decide to amend this Privacy Policy, such amendments shall be posted to the website so that the user may always have access to an updated version thereof.
