Cernusco sul Naviglio (Mi) - Via Achille Grandi, 8

The building is located in the area around Cernusco sul Naviglio, a municipality in the Milan hinterland located about 9 km north-east of the urban area of the Lombard capital. The area is served by the "Villa Fiorita" metro station of the Milan Underground line 2, and is well connected to the main roads. In the immediate vicinity there is the National Route 11 Milan-Bergamo, which leads, among other things, to the junction with the eastern ring road of Milan, about 5 km away, and to the junction with the A4 Turin-Milan-Venice motorway, 7 km away.

The building, built in 2002, rises up to 4 floors above ground, the last of which is used as equipment rooms and is formed by the combination of two parallelepipeds and a cube interpenetrating each other.

The total surface area is approximately 9,000 square meters above ground and about 3,000 square meters below ground. Inside the property there are green areas with walkways, open parking lots and two separate access ramps to the underground garage.

The building features a vertical structure in reinforced concrete and a horizontal structure in masonry, external brick infills completely covered with a "metallic cladding", interspersed only by anodized aluminum frames.  The roof of the building is flat and partially walkable.

Access to the building is possible through two separate entrances.
